PS9500 Polyaspartic Polyurea Elastic Finish
I INTRODUCTION
PS9500 Polyaspartic polyurea elastic finish is a high-grade coating researched by Feiyang Chemical Co., Ltd, mainly applied in waterproofing and protection for concrete surfaces; the main ingredient is improved amine active aspartic ester double component polyurea; Feiyang Chemical produces all raw material.PS9500 is mainly used in waterproof finish for Jinghu High railway waterproof project. Feiyang is the only producer of highway waterproof finish and raw material, passing through authorized inspection by the Chinese Ministry of Railway. This technology is leading all over the world.
II FEATURES
Good weather resistance: can stay no yellow by long-term QUV irradiation, can use outdoors for a long time;
High elastic: Elongation 250-400%;
High tensile strength: 25-30MPa；
Good Anti-chemical stability can be anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-salt mist, anti-acid rain;
Colorful color can be decorative waterproof coating, exterior architecture coating, high anti-abrasion floor coating;
Good adhesion for Substrate.
III APPLICATION
Concrete substrate weather resistance waterproof finish for the high railway, road, bridge, channel, dam, and seashore projects;
Elastic, anti-abrasion, weather-resistant finish for the outdoor floor;
Anti-corrosion, waterproof, weather-resistant finish for the vessel, vehicle, and mechanical equipment;
No crack architecture exterior coating can replace fluorocarbon coating, which is incredibly elastic and anti-abrasion, which fluorocarbon coating does not have.

VI USAGE
Polyurea finish: PS9500, Elastic Curing Agent: SP-103P, Thinner=100:100, appropriate quantity, spraying or brush, within 2 hours.
When the temperature is lower than 15℃, stop SP-103P elastic curing agent, and change to cold curing agent SP-103.
Construct Procedure
Waterproof coating construct procedure: Concrete pouring—maintain—substrate treat—thick cement mortar hard waterproof film—brush dedicate primer agent—brush polyurea elastic middle waterproof coat—brush polyurea waterproof finish.
Exterior wall coating construction procedure: concrete maintenance—thick scratch putty one time—fine putty second time—Oil primer one time—Polyurea middle coat and finish.

The product is dangerous as a flammability chemical, should keep away from hot sources, insulate the fire source, and avoid intensification impact.
VIII REMARK
stir two-component equality thoroughly when constructing.
Sealed preserved by nitrogen when saving unfinished curing agent components.
Ensure good ventilation when completing under obturation space
Store the product in a dry and ventilated place.
